Evening Social Events

Please join us for the Thursday Night Seafood Reception, Friday Night Fish Dinner and Saturday Night Banquet. We have a wait list for the social events (Seafood Reception, Fish Dinner and Banquet Dinner). You can contact Loa Lee, our reservation specialist, at 207-319-8066 to be added to this list. If you have a package and will not be using your ticket please consider donating it back to the Forum so it can be reissued to someone on the wait list.

Every evening of the Forum is packed with fun.  If you have purchased the Forum package your tickets will be included for the number of people you registered.  If you need more tickets or do not have the Forum package then we recommend that you purchase event tickets ahead of time on-line or at the Forum desk because it many cases we have limited seating and end up with a wait list.  Also, a new policy established this year does not allow tickets to be held without pre-payment.

Fish Dinner and Auction
Friday, March 3rd

The annual Fish Dinner will be held on Friday night, March 3rd. This will be a delicious opportunity to feast with your friends and family prior to the Scholarship Auction!  The fish really is fresh – haddock direct from the Portland Fish Exchange – and we greatly appreciate their generosity!

Once the meal is over, the dividers are opened accessing the Auction Room for a preview and Auction pre-registration.  Cocktails will still be available – and the pure enjoyment of the auction will follow!

Banquet and Dance
Saturday, March 4th

This is the Forum wrap-up event – a wonderful meal will be served and recognition will be given for outstanding service and generous donations.  Special awards will be presented and great music is provided for hours of dancing!
