Scholarship funds raised since 1998
100% of the proceeds from our Thursday night silent auction and Friday night live auction go to the Maine Fishermen’s Forum Scholarship Fund for the kids from Maine seafood families – and that is an unusual event in today’s tight economy! Anything that you might be able to donate would be greatly appreciated.
A total of $587,154.00 in scholarships has been awarded by the Directors of the Maine Fishermen’s Forum since 1998! All auctions, whether silent or live, are focused on raising funds to help Maine’s fishing families attend secondary schools. That means every penny raised goes to this wonderful cause. All contributions to the Maine Fishermen’s Forum are tax deductible, as the Forum is a 501 c 3 organization.
The annual scholarship silent auction for Forum 2023 will be held on Thursday night, March 2nd, and the scholarship live auction will be held on Friday night, March 3rd.
