Need a new  boat, fishing or marine gear, engines, electronics, bank loans, insurance, survival equipment,  clothing, paint, bait some jewelry or arts and crafts?  How about learning about the ocean and what it has to offer from one of the many educational or fishing organizations that attend? Our 100+ exhibitors have it all from A to Z.

There is NO COST to walk through the Trade Show and talk to our vendors.  Many offer free samples and gift drawings.

The Trade Show has a preview opening for the public from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Thursday and then is open on Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.  Don’t forget to grab your free coffee from the Samoset Lighthouse room on Friday and Saturday mornings before you head to the Trade Show!!

For our Exhibitors – Trade Show for Forum 2023 is Full

New and prior exhibitor applications are accepted until the trade show is filled, on a first come first served basis.   The deadline for renewal to keep a prior space  is November 1, 2022.  If the registration form and fee are received by June 30, 2022, there is a $50.00 discount.  6’ Table spaces are available, as well as 8’ booth spaces.  Each booth includes a table, cloth and chair.  Tables are available for $575.00, and booth space is available for $675.00.  Space is also available in the Samoset parking lot for large displays (boats, tenders, etc.) with a booth inside for $775.00 plus the daily Samoset charge of $30.00 per day for use of the parking lot.  Electricity and forklift are available at an extra charge per booth, as are additional tables.  There is generally a wait list for the exhibitors, so the earlier the application and full deposit are received, the better.
