Daytime Activities
The Maine Fishermen’s Forum is dedicated to the seafood industry – and their families! We offer a number of opportunities for children and teens to swim, play games, watch movies, and participate in group events like arts and crafts and Scavenger Hunts.
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday we offer a Kids Fun Lounge and Game Room, swimming at the pool and evening movies. Children may also participate in supervised crafts such as Super Foam Kooky Creatures, Tie Dye T-shirts, Lobster Buoy Painting, Face Painting, Sand Castle Lighthouse Craft and Slime Making.
Dinner & Evening Activities
The Samoset Resort offers three evening dinners planned for kids – offering items such as fish & chips, chicken tenders, pizza, hot dogs, mac and cheese, and ice cream. Tickets for the children’s meal are $10 each and availability is limited. Pre-registration for these dinners is required. Register and pay at the Forum desk at the Samoset or online.
An evening movie is also offered for kids beginning at 8:00 p.m.
