Thursday Seafood Reception and Silent Auction

This lively reception features a gorgeous bounty of Maine’s finest seafood donated by fishermen and organizations across Maine, all prepared in the the chefs of the Samoset Resort’s La Bella Vita Ristorante. Buy your tickets early to attend this wonderful feast, connect with the fishing community, and most importantly, don’t forget to scope out and bid on our silent auction taking place alongside the reception — proceeds benefit the scholarship fund.
Friday Fish Dinner and Live Auction
Friday March 1, 2024, 5:30 p.m.
A delicious meal featuring truly fresh fish – haddock from the Portland Fish Exchange – prepared by the Samoset Resort’s kitchen. Plan to dine in the banquet room and stay for the annual live auction. After dinner, a preview of items is available, followed by a live auctioneer taking your bids on gear and items you use all year round. All funds our auctions generate go to secondary school students from Maine fishing families.
Saturday Banquet, Forum Wrap-up, and Dance Party

A banquet dinner will be served at our Forum wrap-up event. Recognition will be given for outstanding service and generous donations. Presented awards and dinner will be followed by musical entertainment and an invitation to join us on the dance floor. Purchase your tickets to attend and close out the Forum in style.
Children’s Meals
We also offer three evening children’s meals. Pre-registration and payment for the dinners is required, with signup forms located onsite at the forum registration desk.
