2027 EXIHIBITOR TRADESHOW

Be one of up to 120 exhbitors at the 52nd Maine Fishermen’s Forum on March 4, 5, and 6, 2027. Applications open on July 1, 2026.

An approved application and payment will hold your space for the 2027 tradeshow. Create your exhibitor user account and fill out the application through the link below.

Process for 2027

The Forum is processing exhibitor applications and managing all vendor requirements on the Eventeny Platform. You may sign in with the same credentials you used when applying last year for an easy process, or you may start a new account for 2027.

Every step of the process from insurance forms, to logo submission, to ad artwork will be attached to your Eventeny online exhibitor account and managed in the MFF office by our staff. The process is intended to streamline our communications and manage the requirements with ease every step of the way. Advertising in our 2027 Program

Purchase your ad for the 2027 printed program when you purchase your exhibitor space. You may access the ad purchase form through the exhibitor application link.

Trade Show Hours

The trade show is open at the following times:

Thursday, March 4, 2027, at 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, March 5, 2027, at 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 6, 2027 at 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Booths cannot be dismantled until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday

Donate Cash or an Auction Item to the 2027 Scholarship Fund

Our annual silent auction on Thursday evening and our live auction on Friday evening raise money for scholarships for secondary school students from Maine fishing families. 100% of the funds raised in our auctions go to students.

Please consider a cash contribution or showcase your business by donating an auction item to this valuable effort.

Your donation to our 501 (c)(3) is tax deductible.

Evening Events

Tickets for our evening events go on sale in January.

Tickets to each evening event are sold separately. We expect to sell out and highly recommend you plan to purchase tickets early.

Thursday Seafood Reception and Silent Auction

Thursday, March 4, 2027, 6:00 p.m.
This lively reception features a gorgeous bounty of Maine’s finest seafood donated by fishermen and organizations across Maine.

Friday Fish Dinner and Live Auction

Friday March 5, 2027, 6:00 p.m.
A delicious sit-down meal featuring truly fresh fish – haddock from the Portland Fish Exchange – and prepared by the chefs of the Samoset Resort.

Saturday Banquet, Forum Wrap-up, and Dance Party

Saturday, March 6, 2027, 6:30 p.m.
A banquet dinner is served at our Forum wrap-up event, followed by a dance party.

Directions and Parking

Parking at the Samoset typically overflows. Additional Parking is available at Harbor Plaza, 235 Camden St., Rockland. We provide a shuttle service that runs from Shaws Supermarket to the Samoset on Friday and Saturday.
