You may fill out the online form to be contacted if a space opens up. When submitting the form, do not complete the payment process and you will be on the waitlist for an opening. Please contact Kathleen Gilbert at 207-442-7700 if you wish to inquire on possible space opening up.

The trade show is open at the following times:
- Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday, March 1, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 8:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Set up is on Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Booths cannot be dismantled until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday

Donate Cash or an Auction Item to the 2024 Scholarship Fund
Our annual silent auction on Thursday evening and our live auction on Friday evening raise money for scholarships for secondary school students from Maine fishing families. 100% of the funds raised in our auctions go to students.
Please consider a cash contribution or showcase your business by donating an auction item to this valuable effort. You may submit your donation when you fill out your exhibitor form, or separately using the link below.

Thursday Seafood Reception and Silent Auction
Thursday, February 29, 2024, 6:00 p.m.
This lively reception features a gorgeous bounty of Maine’s finest seafood donated by fishermen and organizations across Maine.
Friday Fish Dinner and Live Auction
Friday March 1, 2024, 5:30 p.m.
A delicious sit-down meal featuring truly fresh fish – haddock from the Portland Fish Exchange – and prepared by the chefs of the Samoset Resort.
Saturday Banquet, Forum Wrap-up, and Dance Party
Saturday, March 2, 2024, 5:30 p.m.
A banquet dinner is served at our Forum wrap-up event, followed by a dance party.
Samoset Room Reservations and Area Lodging
Rooms at the Samoset Resort went on sale January 2, 2024 and are currently full. We expect some cancellations and movement, but recommend you now book at one of the area hotels where we have a discounted block.
Directions and Parking
Parking at the Samoset typically overflows. Additional Parking is available at Harbor Plaza, 235 Camden St., Rockland. We provide a shuttle service that runs from Shaws Supermarket to the Samoset on Friday and Saturday.
