Please join us in 2023 for the Thursday Night Seafood Reception, Friday Night Fish Dinner and Saturday Night Banquet.
Every evening of the Forum is packed with fun. Tickets are sold individually for each evening event instead of being part of a package. Tickets should be purchased in advance since availability is limited. Please fill out the “Registration and Meals Tickets Form” and follow the directions on the form to submit. All rooms for Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well as all event tickets are all sold out. Please note – due to staffing shortages and the Shellfish Focus Day schedule, the Seafood Reception now starts at 6:00 pm instead of 5:30.
What a gala event! Where else can you find so many of Maine’s freshest seafood provided in such a warm and beautiful setting at the Samoset Resort? Lobster, shrimp, clams, scallops, mussels, raw oysters and on and on! Come hungry to eat and visit. We also run a silent scholarship auction during the reception. Fish Dinner and Auction ($35) – Sold Out Friday, March 3, 2023 Cocktails at 5:30 in Hall, Dinner at 6:00
This will be a delicious opportunity to feast with your friends and family prior to the Scholarship Auction! The fish really is fresh – haddock direct from the Portland Fish Exchange – and we greatly appreciate their generosity! Once the meal is over, the dividers are opened accessing the Auction Room for a preview and Auction pre-registration. Cocktails will still be available – and the pure enjoyment of the auction will follow! Thank You to Camden National Bank, Eaton and Peabody, and Hanover Insurance for sponsoring the 2023 Auction.

This is the Forum wrap-up event – a wonderful meal will be served and recognition will be given for outstanding service and generous donations.
